Acceptable Use Policy

In order to ensure the security and integrity of the YogaBrite service, all users are expected to work within these Acceptable Use parameters.

Not A Media Storage, Backup or Download System

YogaBrite is not, and should not be used as, a storage, backup or download utility. While we work hard to ensure the quality of the service, we cannot guarantee that we can backup large files or large quantities of files.

Please make sure that you have your own backup copy of all photos, videos, and information you upload and share at YogaBrite stored elsewhere, either on your computer’s hard drive, or in an actual online storage, cloud, or backup account.

Upload / Usage Limits

In fairness to all users and in order to keep the costs of hosting and maintaining the YogaBrite service down, YogaBrite reserves the right to restrict websites that have over-used, or are at risk of over-using features that require large amounts of CPU power, bandwidth, and/or storage space. These features include but are not limited to: photo and video uploads, streaming video, PDF generation and email sending. Whenever possible, YogaBrite will contact the owners of YogaBrite websites that are at risk of over-use before limiting or restricting access to the feature being over-used. Please see the individual Help pages for the usage guidelines for each of these features.

Use of Copyrighted Material

Please do not upload or otherwise include copyrighted material on your YogaBrite website without direct, specific permission from the copyright owner. This includes, but is not limited to music, videos, photos, web graphics or “clipart”.

If you submit pictures, videos, other electronic media, poetry/prose or other writing for inclusion on your YogaBrite website, whether by electronic or other means, you give permission for YogaBrite to use the materials on its website(s), and confirm that you have the authority to grant such permission to YogaBrite.

Email Best Sending Practices and Reputation

The YogaBrite email and newsletter features offered via your website are meant for the sole purpose of communicating with your customers and promoting your yoga-related website.

If you use a custom domain name, you may request up to 10 email accounts on that domain. It is up to you to know how to configure email programs to send and receive email on your domain or to use the YogaBrite Help information. The amount of email you send and the content of the email must be within reason for an individual yoga teacher and.or small boutique yoga studio communicating with a corresponding number of customers.

Please use an email service such as Google gMail, Yahoo or similar for your personal email sending.

Please see also the Anti-Spam Policy.

Family Friendly

All postings to the YogaBrite network should be made in good taste, in a family-friendly spirit. YogaBrite mainly leaves it up to account holders to decide the level of acceptable taste for their individual website, however, YogaBrite reserves the right to remove any users or website that contain inappropriate content without notice or refund.

For more information, please see also the Terms of Service, Anti-Spam and Privacy policies.
